The reality is, Canada needs to build between 430,000 and 480,000 homes each year to truly move the needle on affordability\u2014a goal we haven\u2019t reached yet. In Greater Vancouver, I see firsthand how strategic planning and a tailored approach are essential for navigating such a dynamic market.
